These buildings are all the products of real estate (i.e. property) which at some stage will need to be improved to continue their use or indeed reconfigured for change of use. Property developers quite literally build the world around us, creating and changing the environments we inhabit and use on a daily basis.

Our properties benefit from local amenities, transport links, economy etc. We are able to convert some run-down premises into a high yielding HMO developments.

Where there are a run down office blocks in our local town or neighbourhood these are converted into serviced apartments.

Simple and by far the most popular developments are residential buy to let. This is where one buys a residential property with intent to let it out for tenants to live in.

Some larger properties can be made into HMO’s (Houses with Multiple Occupancy) which means you double down on your income and generate multiple rental incomes each month.

You could also buy a house, renovate it, and sell it quickly to make a speedy profit, otherwise known as a ‘flip’, or ‘property flipping’.
