We lend to local property developers to assist with local development as a priority. However our business extends out of our local region to assist with the right developments on a national basis. Terms and conditions for financing are available upon request. Our professional team of solicitors are on hand to assist with investors for all property related transactions. Typical assistance available property and security work, this includes investigation of title to ensure that the property is good security.

Other typical services are for the loan agreement which would include, land registry search and registration fees (depending on the value of the loan/property) and a registration fees at Companies House for any charge that maybe applied outlining the security. It would be usual for the borrower to be responsible for these fees for this very beneficial service.
