We moved into one of H7 Properties in August 21, it had been renovated to a very high standard, so all we had to do was move in! When we had any issues, these have been dealt with straight away. We love the fact we can treat the property like its our very own. We have even been able to redesign the garden to just how we want it. Thanks to H7 properties for enabling us to feel like we have a safe, place to call home.
We like the fixed terms provided by H7 which gives us cost certainty as rents are very stable allowing us to plan as though we own the property. Their maintenance teams are swift and very accessible ensuring any works scheduled are completed to a very good standard without delay.
